Shipping policy

Order are shipped in the order they are received.  Orders are shipped in plain packaging with shipping label.  We strive for same day shipping up until our 4:00pm central shipping cutoff.  Orders after 4:00pm central ship next business day.  Friday orders after 4pm ship Monday next business day.  Unless customer opts for Priority shipping all order weight dependent ship USPS Ground Advantage(First class new name) 

BrokerStoner.com is not responsible for stolen packages from customers property.  Upon a successful delivery scan the package is considered delivered and no longer the financial responsibility of Brokestoner.com  Stolen property should be reported to the local authorities.  In the event you believe your package was delivered elsewhere please contact your local delivery office.  They have the ability to provide the exact GPS coordinates where that package was scanned as delivered.
